ProcessEZ is an add-on application to your Salesforce CRM. It is designed to assist firms in establishing consistent repeatable processes within an organization. By building process templates, operational policy and procedures are clearly defined in one repository.

When you’re ready to use the template for a client, copy the template and steps will be automatically assigned. You will have the ability to send a "heads-up" email to each person assigned a step. You also have the ability to assign a task for each step. Tasks can be completed from the home page or from within the process.

One person is considered the manager of each process and can track each person's task assignments and completion status and dates.

Everyone within the organization can easily see the progress of all processes in place for each account.
